Every apartment is cleaned, painted and has the carper cleaned or replaced prior to move-in. The Property Manager also inspects each unit before it is deemed ready.
Yes we have 24-hour on site maintenance.
You may call the office or submit a work order through your resident portal.
Maintenance issues are handled in the order in which they are received with any emergency maintenance needs taking precedence.
You do not have to be present, but are more than welcome to make that a requirement for the work to be done.
You will need to come to the office with your ID during business hours or if after hours call the standby maintenance number for assistance.
No holes larger than a dime are permitted. As long as the walls are painted/primed back to a white or off white color you may paint the walls without fees.
Grills and picnic tables are located throughout property. There's also a pool for resident use and a clubhouse available for rental.

Yes, there is no reserved parking.

We offer 6 to 15 month leases.
Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
There are no quiet hours. We charge a fee to rent our community building where applicable.
We will gladly make an appointment, however if a walk in is more convenient for you our hours are M-F 9-6, Saturday 10-4, and Sunday by appt.
Management is available during normal business hours.
All of our applications are available at our website. You may apply from home or we also have laptop computers available during our office hours for your use.
We are usually able to get results back within a day, however, sometimes the process can take longer depending on the situation.
You will need to pay your Security Deposit, Administrative Fee, and your pro-rated rent amount.
Our Leasing Consultants are happy to provide any information for first-time renters.
You may pay online or by mail with a check or money order.
Through your resident services portal, you may make one time payments every month or set up auto payments.
There are additional fees for Internet service and Dish Network.
We recommend you purchase renters insurance but we do not require it.
All of your utilities other than electric are included in your rent.
Before move in you will need to contact Consumers Energy to have the electric transferred into your name on your day of move in.
We are partnered with Bloom Broadband.
You are allowed to have guests at your apartment. We do ask that any guests please park in parking spots facing away from the building.
Our prices do vary based upon rental term but we do not offer reductions in price for prepayment.
We have a Cancellation Premium that you can pay at the time you give your move-out notice. The cost of the Cancellation Premium will vary from unit to unit.
Shopping at the mall, multiple restaurants, and factories for work
Kellogg Woods Park is 6.6 miles away.
Stanaback Park is 1.6 miles or 5 minutes away.
We are near multiple grocery stores and the Woodland Mall.
Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, Paris Café & Desserts, Café Louis, Coffee To Go, Schuil Coffee Company, Baker's Beanery and Biggby are all around a mile away.
